LNSP (Local Network Service Provider): Your LNSP (or Distributor) is the organisation that owns the poles and wires used to locally distribute electricity to your premises. Your LNSP is responsible for the maintenance and for keeping the equipment in good order to make sure you receive electricity safely and continuously.

Loss Factor: This is the amount of energy that is lost while being distributed and transported to your premises (this is included in your energy cost).
