Guaranteed Service Levels
The Queensland Government has implemented guaranteed service levels relating to the reliability of electricity supplied by Queensland’s distributors Ergon Energy and Energex. For more information on this visit the Department of Energy website.
Standard Customer Contracts
Under the Electricity Act 1994 ('Act'), Powerdirect is required to have a standard customer sale contract ('SCSC'). The SCSC applies to customers who do not have a negotiated sale contract to their premises with a retailer of the customer's choice. The SCSC sets out the current terms and conditions on which Powerdirect is to provide retail services to our customers.
