Transferring to Powerdirect How do I get transferred? After signing and submitting your sale agreement (and any required supplementary ancillary documentation) to us, you don't need to do anything else. We will process your agreement and if there are no unusual circumstances, you will be transferred to us at your next meter read. How long does it take to transfer? Powerdirect will transfer you from your previous retailer to us at your next meter read. Meter reads are scheduled quarterly which means it can take anywhere from the a few days to 3 months depending on when your meter was last read. Will my personal details from my previous retailer be protected? Yes. Only information relevant to establishing an electricity account with us will be transferred from your previous retailer.  |
