Standard Customer Contracts
Under the Electricity Act 1994 ('Act'), Powerdirect is required to have a Standard Retail Contract ('SRC'). The SRC applies to customers who do not have a negotiated sale contract to their premises with a retailer of the customer's choice. The SRC sets out the current terms and conditions on which Powerdirect is to provide retail services to our customers.
